The association just produced a handy interactive map which shows the sales and pricing data that it receives broken down by county.
The short take: Housing inventories are really, really tight. That’s having a corresponding impact on pricing. The good news: If you are a seller, it’s taking less time to move a house, and there are still plenty of people lined up to buy in many cases.
